Hi, I am reaching out to you after multiple attempts of contacting management@***.com and I have a major issue with something that happened before an event last weekend and Las Vegas. It was Holo Holo.

They messed up by completely refunding my ticket to me and before I received an email from them the last day of the festival stating that they were going to reinstate the original price that I paid through the payment plan - at that point the festival had already been going on for two days and I had to pay full price which was an extra $197 that I should not have had to have spent for an event that I had already paid for. Management offered me a 20% coupon code and I want to apply it to my purchase of two VIP Holo Holo San Diego tickets in May of this year 2024. I didnt want to miss the opportunity to purchase two VIP tickets for the event so I already did and I need somebody to contact me either on my email a DEROSSETT 74@***.com or on my cell phone 949-316-****. As soon as possible I need to speak with somebody immediately because now I am out $1200 when it should have been much less not only was I notified about the refund until the day of the festival.

I couldnt contact anybody to figure out what had happened and why they did it without notifying me properly.

Like I said, I have already purchased two VIP weekend festival tickets or passes for the San Diego Holo Holo fest in May 2024, which is this month. I wanna apply my 20% discount to that I cannot get a hold of anybody on that side so Im trying your side. Please please have somebody contact me as soon as possible. This is an urgent matter.

Scammers and liars. NOT CREDIBLE OR TRUSTWORTHYselectively responsive regarding refund after selling tickets for cancelled l then rescheduled event for which I have yet to receive my refund. They have all kinds of loopholes to avoid accountability or even direct contact with their staff. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. Buy tickets at your own risk.

I’ve had nothing but problems trying to contact you guys about how I was screwed over illegitimately on a completely purchased payment plan less than 24 hours before an event started

This is now my third time emailing you guys over the course of the last six days. Ive probably emailed about 20 times I need somebody to contact me as soon as possible.

It was about my Holo Holo Vegas 2024 payment plan that was canceled and refunded by a third-party less than 24 hours before the event causing me to have to pay an extra $197for a ticket that I had Purchased then at the end of the festival I was told I could re-purchase my ticket at the original cost and Ive yet to hear back from anybody. I need somebody to contact me as soon as possible.

This is a major issue. I am a long time event, attendee, and a loyal customer my number is 949-316-**** and my name is Alice winn.

I bought tickets to the Smoke Out / Whiskey Fest in Tampa on April 6, 2024 and iI used the Payment Plan and made the first payment of 1/2. In attempting to update my Credit Card for payment of the second 1/2 due on March 26, I accidentally canceled my ticket. I need to know how to fix that problem and, as it turns out, I just want to leave my original CC from the initial purchase of the 1/2 cost - a VISA ending in 0626. Please help.

https://***/kb-tickets/new This is the link for their fan ticket support. If you check the FAQ you will see a question about sending tickets to wrong emails that states the necessary information needed to fix your ticket problem. I hope this helps!

They have a FAQ on their website that states you can send them a support ticket and they will correct any tickets sent to wrong emails.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Once contacted by Tixr, I could then reply directly to the customer service department that reached out to me. They resolved my request for a full refund of the cancelled event.

I received a reply from TIXR with a request to submit information about my purchase. I did so this past Friday (1/26) and now await an update from them. The first event of the year for Major League Pickleball has been impacted by a merger with the PPA that has not been resolved. Therefore, the cancellation of the event from 2/7 - 2/10. Glad to have used PissedConsumer to get the attention of TIXR. Thanks.

I ordered 3 tickets today for my grandchildren to attend Comic Con in Springfield, MO on Feb 10 (1 ticket), and 2 tickets to attend both days. I paid with my credit card, and of course had to sign in, and give my name.

The tickets arrived in my e-mail with MY NAME on them! I am not going to this event! My 3 grandchildren are! And it won't let me change the names on the tickets!

I am more than upset about this!

IF there must be names on the tickets, then I should have been advised of such BEFORE I purchased them, AND there SHOULD BE SOME PLACE TO PUT THE NAME OF SAID TICKET HOLDER!

These are the names that need to be on their tickets:

1. 1 day ticket--Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, ONLY--should be KYLE CHARCHOL

2.

2day ticket--Saturday AND Sunday,---- should be KAYTLYN MOORE

3. 2day ticket--Saturday AND Sunday,----should be TRISTAN MOORE

Please see to it that these names get corrected immediately and emailed to me.
